Tofu Ravioli Verde
A “green” version of our original Tofu Ravioli, SoyBoy’s Tofu Ravioli Verde features subtly-flavored spinach pasta stuffed with garden herb-seasoned organic tofu filling. This non-dairy pasta goes well with a tomato or veggie sauce for an easy, healthful weeknight meal.

Ingredients:
Pasta: Durum wheat flour, filtered water, spinach powder, parsley, non-gmo soy oil. Filling: organic tofu (filtered water, organically grown soybeans, calcium chloride and/or calcium sulphate coagulant), organic soy fiber (okara), tomato powder, dried onions, tapioca flour, salt, herbs and spices, granulated garlic.

SoyBoy Ravioli Cooking Tips:
To avoid clumping, cook your SoyBoy tofu ravioli from frozen. If allowed to thaw, the ravioli might stick together when cooking. Shake the package and look to see if the pasta pockets are still separately frozen or clumped together. If they’re clumped together, you may have trouble with sticking. If they’re still separated, you’re good to go.
