A “green” version of our original Tofu Ravioli, SoyBoy’s Tofu Ravioli Verde features subtly-flavored spinach pasta stuffed with garden herb-seasoned organic tofu filling. This non-dairy pasta goes well with a tomato or veggie sauce for an easy, healthful weeknight meal.

Do not thaw ravioli before cooking. If allowed to thaw, the ravioli may stick together. Be sure to stir while you cook, especially at the start, to prevent sticking to the pan. When the ravioli floats close to the surface, they are close to done.
