SoyBoy Tofu Lin Noodle Bowl

A comforting noodle bowl with savory Tofu Lin, tender ramen, and crisp vegetables in a light vegetable broth.

A warm and cozy bowl of comfort, this dish brings together the deep, seasoned flavor of Tofu Lin with soft ramen noodles and a rich vegetable broth. Shredded carrots, mushrooms, and radishes add a hearty touch, while green onions and black sesame seeds provide the final flourish.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced into discs

  • 2 green onions, diced

  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms

  • Black sesame seeds

  • 1 package Tofu Lin, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 serving ramen noodles

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil ramen noodles until soft, then drain.

  2. Place approximately 1 cup of cooked noodles into a bowl. Pour in vegetable broth until the noodles are just covered.

  3. Top with Tofu Lin, shredded carrots, mushrooms, and radishes.

  4. Sprinkle with green onions and black sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
