A warm and cozy bowl of comfort, this dish brings together the deep, seasoned flavor of Tofu Lin with soft ramen noodles and a rich vegetable broth. Shredded carrots, mushrooms, and radishes add a hearty touch, while green onions and black sesame seeds provide the final flourish.
Ingredients:
2 cups vegetable broth
½ cup shredded carrots
1 bunch radishes, sliced into discs
2 green onions, diced
½ cup sliced mushrooms
Black sesame seeds
1 package Tofu Lin, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 serving ramen noodles
Instructions:
Boil ramen noodles until soft, then drain.
Place approximately 1 cup of cooked noodles into a bowl. Pour in vegetable broth until the noodles are just covered.
Top with Tofu Lin, shredded carrots, mushrooms, and radishes.
Sprinkle with green onions and black sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
