Ingredients:
4 SoyBoy Not Dogs
4 hot dog buns
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup shredded carrots
Condiments of choice (ketchup, mustard, sriracha mayo, etc.)
Instructions:
Shred cabbage and carrots and set aside
Grill or griddle the Not Dogs over medium heat until heated through and lightly browned.
Place each Not Dog in a bun and generously top the with the shredded cabbage and carrots.
Drizzle with your favorite toppings, ketchup, mustard or siracha mayo and enjoy!
