Not Dogs with Shredded Cabbage and Carrots

This fresh and flavorful plant-based take on a classic hot dog combines grilled Not Dogs with crisp, shredded cabbage and carrots for a satisfying crunch. The vibrant veggies contrast the smoky, savory Not Dog while your choice of condiments, bring the flavors together.


Ingredients:

  • 4 SoyBoy Not Dogs

  • 4 hot dog buns

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • Condiments of choice (ketchup, mustard, sriracha mayo, etc.)

 

Instructions:

  1. Shred cabbage and carrots and set aside

  2. Grill or griddle the Not Dogs over medium heat until heated through and lightly browned.

  3. Place each Not Dog in a bun and generously top the with the shredded cabbage and carrots.

  4. Drizzle with your favorite toppings, ketchup, mustard or siracha mayo and enjoy!
